Please remember these helpful tips to keep down exposure to flu and other communicable diseases such as Strep, stomach bug, mono and other flu- like viruses
Wash your hands often with soap and water - especially after you sneeze or cough and before eating .
Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze. If you don’t have a tissue , cough or sneeze into the upper part of your sleeve.
Avoid touching your eyes, nose , or mouth.
Try to avoid contact with people who are coughing or otherwise appear sick.
If your child has a fever, headache , sore throat or other flu symptoms , please contact your health care provider. They may return to school when they are fever free for 24 hours (without the aid of fever reducing medicines) and feeling well.
