Physical and Chemical Changes with Ice Cream

(11/2): Mrs. Richardson's class is discovering the science behind making homemade ice cream by hand. Students were amazed that by adding salt to their ice bags, their solution quickly froze and became solid ice cream. We would like to give a huge, "Thank You!" to our student intern, Ms. Jordan Bennett for making this possible.
