Fill the Vans with Cans: A Community Effort to Provide for the Food Pantry

Pontotoc City School District would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to our incredible Warrior Fans and dedicated district employees for stepping up to support families in need through our Fill the Vans with Cans food drive.

During this initiative, the community came together to donate canned goods and non-perishable food items, filling our Toyota vans with much-needed supplies for the Pontotoc Food Pantry. Your generosity directly supports local families and reflects the true spirit of compassion, unity, and Warrior Pride.

Thank you to everyone who participated, contributed, and helped spread the word. Your kindness makes a meaningful difference in the lives of others, and we are grateful for your continued support of our students, families, and community.
Family Resources

Family Resources

Pontotoc City School District is committed to supporting families during the uncertainty surrounding changes to food benefits. The district is actively sharing local and state resources to help ensure that students and families continue to have access to nutritious meals. Information on community food programs, assistance options, and local support services is being provided to help families navigate this transition and meet their essential needs.

Pontotoc City School District remains dedicated to the well-being of every student and family. We want our community to know that we care deeply about our students — their health, their success, and their future — and we will continue working together to ensure every child has the support they need.
