NMMC Mentorship Academy

2/27/25: Congratulations to Samari Berry and Shaniya Brown for being accepted into the NMMC Mentorship Academy. The NMMC Mentorship Academy is a model program created by the Mississippi Center for Quality and Workforce. The Academy targets students with interest in nursing or other health care careers. Students who take part in the program will be trained and mentored in a state-approved, 80-clock-hour Certified Nursing Assistant program. Both Samari and Shaniya receive full scholarships to take part in the program. The NMMC Mentorship Academy is made possible by a grant from the Bower Foundation.
