What is Anxiety?

(9/8) School Counselor Ms. Kinnard and her intern, Madison McGuirt, recently visited classrooms to teach a guidance lesson on "What is Anxiety?" Students learned how to recognize the signs of anxiety, and were introduced to simple, healthy strategies they can use to manage their feelings. These lessons are designed to support students’ emotional well-being, and to provide them with tools they can use both in and out of the classroom.
