PCSD is proud of the amazing gifted teachers who presented at the Mississippi Association for Gifted Children Conference in Vicksburg.

Pontotoc City School District would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to our incredible Warrior Fans and dedicated district employees for stepping up to support families in need through our Fill the Vans with Cans food drive.

During this initiative, the community came together to donate canned goods and non-perishable food items, filling our Toyota vans with much-needed supplies for the Pontotoc Food Pantry. Your generosity directly supports local families and reflects the true spirit of compassion, unity, and Warrior Pride.

Thank you to everyone who participated, contributed, and helped spread the word. Your kindness makes a meaningful difference in the lives of others, and we are grateful for your continued support of our students, families, and community.

Toyota Mississppi hosted area Early Childhood representatives and North Mississippi elected officials to discuss the impact of early childhood education.

The district is actively sharing local and state resources to help ensure that students and families continue to have access to nutritious meals. Information on community food programs, assistance options, and local support services is being provided to help families navigate this transition and meet their essential needs.

Pontotoc City School District has determined that it is important to introduce a new communications tool called Anonymous Alerts®. Anonymous Alerts® allows students or parents to quickly, easily, and anonymously report urgent information to school officials across all of our school campuses. The system encourages students, parents and staff to confidentially report bullying, cyber-bullying, and other sensitive topics through private messages to our administration. Pontotoc City School District does not support, encourage or tolerate any behavior that prevents any student from reaching their full potential.
