Problem Solving with Robots (10/6): Mrs. Swain's computer science class are working on coding robots. This will help with problem solving skills.
Can you ESCAPE... Bullying? (10/6): Mrs. Koon's health students competed in an escape room dealing with different types of bullying. Students had to solve multiple scenarios to find solutions to the bullying problems.

PHS Homecoming Week (10/3): PMS students dressed up all week for homecoming. From Disney and Adam Sandler, Dynamic Duo to Color War, students loved participating each day. As always on Fridays, we wear Black and Gold. Good Luck, Warriors!

PMS Students Attend PJH Pep Rally (10/2): PMS students who had no office referrals for the first nine week attended the PJH pep rally this week. The students enjoyed the cheerleaders, band, and homecoming court. The football team played hard and won their last home game.
GLOWING with Excitement for Matter (10/2): 5th Grade Science has just finished their unit on Changes in Matter. Students learned a lot about mixtures & solutions and how to separate them as well as how to determine if a change is chemical or physical. Mrs. Brumley's classes were glowing with excitement about these chemical changes!
“Science Stars Shine Bright!” (9/30): Mrs. Whitworth's Science classes have a competition going!!! Congratulations to 4th period 6th grade Science class for earning the highest class average on the first progress report! 🌟 Their hard work and focus paid off with a fun reward — a trip to the Warrior Room during class. Next time, the challenge is on… the reward will go to the class showing the most growth by the next report card. Keep up the great work, scientists!
Sunshine, Reading, Choice Boards, and Creativity with House Arrest (9/26): Enjoying the weather while working on our project for the novel House Arrest. The students got to choose an assignment from a choice board to complete for their project. Some students are working on casting for a House Arrest movie, completing social media pages for characters, writing a key event from a different character's perspective, or writing fan letters to their favorite character.
